My onboarding experience has been excellent: Ahmar and Paige were so helpful in getting my application processed in a quick timescale allowing me to receive much-needed funds for my business cashflow, plus being generous and patient with their time answering my questions. Furthermore, I've felt really welcomed as a client with Relationship Managers Sarah and Wendy, and Pat for Credit Control. All in all, a really positive experience so far and no issues with getting my first couple of invoices processed and funded.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had such a great experience that I had to share. From start to finish, everything was smooth, easy, and honestly way better than I expected. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, specially Maria and Kristy also the whole onboarding team! and it really felt like they cared about my business. You don’t always get that kind of attention these days, so it definitely stood out. Most of the time once I signed up to a contract the level of service has always dropped and with Bibby I have been for over a year now and I think the service is even better. I would definitely recommend Bibby to any business!!
