I have been in the funding industry for quite some time now, give or take 6 years. I have seen a lot of underhand techniques be done in this industry but the reason I'm comfortable working at creative capital solutions is because I have a clear conscious when I come and go in this office, the transparency with the merchants makes it worthwhile to be here.

Soon after I had applied for the job, I received an email from the HR Manager ( Rachel), This was one of the first companies I had come across which goes through applications as swiftly as they did otherwise I would usually have to wait for month to get a response from any company and corporation which was the first green flag for me. when I came in for the interview the CEO had taken it himself (Bruno) after which he told me to look around and see how the office works. Originally I had 2 more interviews that same day but after talking to the other employees, seeing how collaborative and helpful they are and how much of a pleasant environment there was, I had decided to let the other two companies know I will not be coming in for the interviews. After working in other companies and seeing an obvious toxic culture of greed, creative capital changed my perspective on how managers and senior management are to new entry employees, here I was trained thoroughly right off the bat, my manager Nick Falcone and other senior employees such as Vincent, Jude and Mike had constantly checked up on me during my initial starting weeks to make sure I was not lost and all my questions were answered. It is definitely a place I would recommend for anyone starting their career in this field since it is an ideal environment to hone and grow your skills

'The next call can bring me financial freedom' 'You're one call away from changing your life' This keeps us all hopelessly optimistic because the fact of the matter is; its true. we fund Millions of dollars on a weekly basis here and have long term relationships with all of our clients which is why they keep coming back to us, we never disappoint.

Been here 2 months, loved every day of it. Jude my manager has been extremely supportive of me an enabling me in bring a better employee and along with him the entire department has nothing but positivity. Bruno and Mike have brought this company to be if not one then the best Funding Companies around.

Just joined creative less than a month ago and funded 100,000k in my first week. very collaborative team members and team leader. so far an amazing experience

Great learning experience, you will learn a lot in this industry especially if you have no sales experience.
