In these uncertain times, I am grateful and humbled to have worked with a caring lending co. who took the time to explain the process, assist me and ensure that I was aware of all of the details regarding payment, dates etc.. I will add that the most pleasant part was speaking with the representative assigned to finalize the loan. She was amazing and caring. As a former employee of American Express in their cardmember services unit, I know the rigors of this job. I also know what is required to provide excellence .....they went ABOVE & BEYOND. Even though the loan defaulted because the initial payments were not aligned with my pay dates, I felt Samantha helped me get back on track and made the situation not so stressful for me.
