Threw a wrench into my home sale transaction costing me $25k to pay off the solar panel loan instead of my buyer. My buyer now has the benefit of the panels at the expense of a 70 year old widow on a fixed income due to Mosaic's turmoil. Called numerous times trying to resolve to no avail. I sent an email to support when they saw my post and still no help. This call center has no authority to resolve issues and claims they don't have a contact for corporate hq in Oakland, California where there the power lies to address issues. They read off a script and deny, deny, deny. Don't waste your time calling them. While obsequiously polite, they only give unhelpful stock answers.

Mosaic team, I have submitted a claim notice on July 02, 2024. See attached FedEx tracking: 276850227226 deliveries to your Oakland office. This is the proof that it was delivered in July. You must stop stone-walling my application. This case is not closed, it's open waiting for your response. Enclosed pls find attached a copy of the claim notice that was mailed to your office per Section K of the contract notifying you that I am requesting Arbitration for resolving my fraudulent loan that you issued to your vendor back in JULY. The company took $45,000 and ran away. You have funded them without verifying the delivery of the contract. This madness must be investigated, it's been 2 years since I reported this fraud, and you have stone-walled me without any resolution on the loan. Why do I have to pay you this loan if it was NOT delivered by your agent? Your contractor ran away. See your Yelp rating and comments from over 200 customers that you have cheated:

I was given a quote to pay the loan down in order to meet a "target balance" in writing via an email and two other times via two different reps on the phone. I paid the said amount to principal. A few days later they said it wasn't enough and basically because I paid ONE day too early they would have to keep a crazy amount of the money that was meant to go to principal to pay interest, thus not meeting my "target balance". Although everyone I have talked to is kind and respectful, I keep getting the run around by their supervisor Alex. All I ask is that the money Mosaic said that would be applied to principal actually be applied to principal. But they say it's impossible to do. I have all the receipts and basically they said the reps were wrong and their email was wrong. I hope they see this and do right by their own statements to their customer.

Everything. I would leave 0 stars if possible. Harassing me about the installation, instead of communicating with the installer. Billing me in spite of the fact I am not generating. They don't respond to calls. They just keep sending emails, sometimes minutes apart, and ignoring responses so they can bill.

I used mosaic out of Arizona Would not recommend them. Your first 16 or 18 mo you are paying interest only and nothing to principal I used them for a solar install thinking the contractor doesn't get paid until work is complete. You would be better off getting a heloc loan or saving up. I made 4 payments and just paid it off Otherwise you are just throwing money into the wind.
