I was introduced to Propel by my Barclays Business manager with regarding a loan for my executive car business. My first communication was with Kelly and I must say what a pleasure it was to have been introduced to her. Although it was probably just for my benefit that I should try Barclays first and when I did the offer of a loan through them was somewhat out of my reach. I started to think the purchase of my new vehicle wasn’t going to happen. Then whilst literally on another call I saw Kelly’s name come up and I immediately changed to answer her call. The first thing she told me was ‘I got some great news for you’. She told me my loan had been approved and that the purchase of my car could go ahead. If my arms were long enough I could have hugged Kelly, she made my year already. The application was straight forward all done online and signed sealed and delivered within a few days. Dan called me and explained a few things I need to do to finalise the deal and that was that. Less than a week I’m in a nice new Mercedes E class ready to continue my executive car service.
