Horrible experience Phoned up for some information to compare with Nationwide as I thought Selina had a better option for me. Jack Chafer made me feel like I shouldn't be asking questions and that it was his money he would be giving me Jack needs some serious training on how to talk to people Why shouldn't I be allowed to ask questions so I can compare what is best for us? I refused to speak to him after a while as he made me feel so angry and I needed to calm down What a joke this company is. I was impressed before speaking to them

I’ve had a loan with Selina before, the process is so simple, there’s no judgement there and the advisors are all super polite and really helpful. I needed to encorporate my first loan into a larger loan today to pay off some debt, an hour on the phone going through everything thoroughly and it’s all sorted! I would highly recommend!

Amazing customer service without judgement Chloe and darcie are both a credit to the company throughout the process there was no judgement and they helped to make sure i got the right amount and was on the right rate for me and my circumstances and explained every step so it could go through as quick as possible and with ease i would highly recommend this company
