Beyond dissatisfied with Genesis Finance. Paid off my vehicle three months ago and still have not received my title. They claim to have sent it a month ago via regular mail, but I never received anything. You would think they would maybe send it registered, with a requirement to sign for it, to ensure safe delivery, but not Hyundai Genesis. Now they want to charge me for a duplicate title request. After buying a $60k vehicle, you would think they would just send you another one since it should be their responsibility to ensure their customer gets the title. I am done with Genesis; should have stuck with BMW or Mercedes as they understand what service is. It's my mistake, but I learned.

Terrible! Worst experience ever with Genesis Finance. Hours on the phone and being told my checking account on autopay is invalid. I went to the bank, who also got on the phone, and they refused my checking account. Was told the error is on their side, but it is my problem. I actually had the customer care agent at the local Genesis dealer in a three-way conversation and she even tried. I was hung up on three times. I have been trying since May with zero resolution. Worst experience ever!

Genesis Finance could have done better to work with. One of the worst customer service organizations I've ever experienced at a time when customer experience is more important than ever. I never received my title after paying off my car. When I went to renew my plates, I needed the title, so they made me request a new one. I talked to 5 different people from Genesis Finance. Each time I spoke to someone, they told me something different. I mailed a check to them, which they don't have, and after following all of the bizarre steps they requested, they have yet to record any of it. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

One of the most terrible customer service experiences of my life. I've called six times since I paid off my loan. Still, I'm waiting for the Title after three months. I cannot license my vehicle without it. They don't just make excuses; they lie. They told me my title was incorrect because it included two lien holders, Genesis and Hyundai
The same company. Just sign and release it. The State DOL says that's false; the Title was never wrong. I sent a complaint to the State Attorney General's office. I hope that helps to create a fraction of the misery that I have experienced. Is anyone out there a Class Action Attorney? I would be happy to be a Lead Plaintiff for you. I think it would be an easy win for the 90% of people who dislike this company.

The customer service agents are Indians. If you contradict them or ask for their name, they simply hang up on you. When you ask a question to which they do not know the answer, they simply ignore you.
This is the wordy customer service ever, also if you don't understand what they are saying , they get upset,
I guess you get what you pay for.
