Highly recommend Rangewell for purchasing commercial property. They found the best rate and Paolo was the cornerstone of the deal. Rangewell did all the chasing of solicitors and the lenders and made sure the transaction was completed asap.

Complete waste of time dealing with the company. Had 2 calls with them, supplied a load of documentation and accounts and never heard from them again - didn't return emails or phone calls. I would not recommend. Extremely unprofessional. Reported to the FCA.

Very attentive initially then once I'd agreed to go with them completely unprofessional at every point. I would have switched but my business application was already delayed due to them so I figured staying with Rangewell would be quicker.... It wasn't!. At least one mistake made at every point of the application, delayed submission and telling me things had been sent when they hadn't and communication was extremely poor. Delayed my business transaction significantly and when any enquiries were made it was very difficult to get hold of the person I was dealing with. Awful experience never to be repeated.
